Veterans Support System Replacement

NZDF require a collaborative Respondent who will work together with Veterans Affairs New Zealand (VANZ) to design, build, configure and implement a specific technical solution that will, in part, replace the existing Veterans’ Support System (VSS).

The solution, and your implementation of the same, will also cover agreed:

1. Integration
2. Documentation
3. Training
4. Report…

NZDF requires that the Respondents delivery model is based on working collaboratively with VANZ and NZDF stakeholders throughout the design, build, implementation, and support phases.

The RFP will be openly advertised through Smart Procure [REDACTED] (an e-tendering portal that NZDF uses for conducting procurement activities) with the release of all RFP documentation and procurement envelopes ) please register as a supplier to download the RFP documentation and to submit your response via SmartProcure.

All enquiries, communications, questions and notices must be submitted via Smart Procure messaging.

Any questions raised by Respondents during the Question-and-Answer period will be answered on Smart Procure to provide full visibility.

All RFP responses must be submitted via Smart Procure [REDACTED] responses sent by via GETS, post, email or delivered to VANZ’s or NZDF’s offices will be accepted.
