In November 2025, Health NZ published a Notice of Future Opportunities on GETS (ID 33099110). This notice relates to the Corporate Experience focus area of the HDIP. In the November 2025 HDIP market notice, this included priority investment #2 Human Capital Management (HCM) and priority investment #8 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) (Financials). On 29 May 2026, Health New Zealand executed an Ordering Document (Agreement) with Oracle New Zealand on a 10-year term for the supply of Oracle Fusion Cloud software subscription licensing covering ERP, Supply Chain Management (SCM) and HCM capabilities. The Agreement excludes payroll.
