Stratford District Council invites tenders from suitably experienced contractors for the deck replacement of the Buchanan's access swing bridge off Mangaehu Rd, Tututawa. Tenders close at 4pm 24th July.

The renewal of the Pātea River raw water delivery line and grit removal tank that feeds the Raw Water Pump Station at the WTP. All works shall include all pipework, electrical installation, instrumentation, commissioning, calibration and integration of the new systems with the existing infrastructure, as well as the provision of training on the new systems to the plant operators.

To prevent further interior damage and maintain the structural and weather-tight integrity of the units, full roof replacement is required for all five (5) buildings. As part of the 2024–2034 Long Term Plan, funding has been approved for the complete replacement of the roofs of the buildings.

During renovations old wooden windows were replaced with aluminium windows. These windows have since started to leak causing damage to the sills and surrounding walls.

The installation of a fluoride day tank has been identified as a critical improvement to mitigate the risk and protect Stratford Drinking Water Supply customers. The design, construction, and installation of an automated fluoride day tank system.

The demolition, including sealing of the party wall to prevent water ingress. This wall required reinforcement when the building was removed, so steel beams were installed to ensure its structural integrity.

Replacement following an inspection by a qualified council officer. As part of this initiative, the Rocket Ship at the King Edward Park playground (Elephant Park) has been identified for replacement following an inspection by a qualified council officer.

Work comprises earthworks, retaining wall construction, rock rip rap placement, kerbing and pavement construction.

This project entails the demolition of the TSB Pool, including the safe removal of the structure and the floor slab buried beneath the main pool, with the site being restored to a greenfield open space. The removal and reinstatement are to be completed within the 2024/25 financial year as part of Council's Long-Term Plan.

The replacement of an existing corrugated steel culvert on Waiwiri Rd, Toko with a 2m x 2m concrete box culvert and associated pavement reinstatement.
