Watercare is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to identify and evaluate tools capable of managing our construction portfolio, programmes, and projects across their entire lifecycle. We are seeking a robust solution - whether a comprehensive platform or an integrated suite of tools - that will standardise project delivery and provide enhanced oversight at every level of our construction activities. The solution must facilitate the seamless connection of project, programme, and portfolio data to strengthen governance and support strategic decision-making.
A key requirement is the ability to efficiently manage and control all essential documentation associated with construction projects, including vendor contracts and engineering design files. The preferred solution will serve as a central repository, streamlining collaboration, improving delivery efficiency, and enabling proactive risk and issue management.
Furthermore, we require a mature, cloud-hosted SaaS solution that offers robust out-of-the-box capabilities and allows for independent configuration without extensive reliance on vendor support. The solution should also support flexible, modern, and secure integration methods to ensure compatibility with Watercare’s current and future systems.
