We are looking for a supplier to provide a customer portal software solution, together with implementation services and ongoing support (the Portal). The Portal provides the interface for customers to interact with Tiaki Wai customer care and billing system to raise and track service requests, manage their accounts, pay bills and view transaction history.

We are looking for a supplier to provide a customer portal software solution, together with implementation services and ongoing support (the Portal). The Portal provides the interface for customers to interact with Tiaki Wai customer care and billing system to raise and track service requests, manage their accounts, pay bills and view transaction history.

Customer care and billing services are currently provided by the four councils on an interim basis – these are largely manual with only basic digital contact available. This procurement is critical to Tiaki Wai because the Portal underpins the customer self-service experience and supports billing and revenue collection.
