This is an Advance Notice to advise suppliers who are interested in providing New Zealand Government agencies with Telecommunication Services, ICT Infrastructure Services and Managed Security Services.

C3 Programme published the documents listed below on 25th August 2025 to gather feedback from the supplier market.

1. Channel Design (Taxonomy) for the 3 channels being Infrastructure Services, Telecommunications Services and Managed Security Services
2. Draft Service Listing Templates
3. Draft Channel Terms for the Infrastructure Services Channel, Telecommunications Services Channel, and Managed Security Services Channel (i.e., Part 2 of the Collaborative Marketplace Agreement for the new Channels)
4. Supplier template for feedback on Service listings
5. Supplier Template for Channel terms feedback

A market briefing was held at 2.00pm on 26th of August via MS Teams. The briefing has been recorded and made available on GETS for those who cannot make this date.

Deadline for Submission of Feedback was 19th September 2025 10.00pm.

Indicative timeline following the submission of feedback is:
1. 22nd Sept – 17th Oct we will be analysing feedback and may seek clarification and/or invite suppliers to discuss their feedback.
2. Between 20th October – 1st November 2025 we will be complete our analysis and make any updates to the drafts.
3. On 19 & 21 November we will publish provisional final service listings and channel terms and will allow two weeks for further market review and consultation.
4. From 4 & 5 December 2025 until late January 2026 we will complete final analysis of feedback, including completing internal and NZGP reviews and approvals.
5. On 29 January 2026 we plan to publish final CMA part 2 terms, services taxonomy and service listing templates.
6. As per project timelines it is intended that a standing invitation for applications to join the Channels will be published on GETS in early February 2026.
7. Service listings published 1 July 2026.
