The Department of Corrections (the Department) is looking to procure a comprehensive media monitoring service that includes tracking and reporting all relevant mentions of the Department from various New Zealand media sources, including Print Media (newspapers, magazines); Online News Platforms; Broadcast Media (television and radio); Relevant industry publications; and Podcasts.

The successful supplier will provide accurate, and timely media monitoring services, ensuring the Department accurately and reliably understands public sentiment on specific topics or issues.
The requirements are detailed in Attachment 1: Specification.
