The DBC will build on the IBC prepared by AUckland Transport, undertaken between 2016 - 2017. The IBC recommends further assessment of a preferred option. This RFP is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers to submit a proposal for the supply of professional services for completion of the Detailed Business Case for the Lake Road Project. The key outcomes that we want to achieve are the development and assessment of the IBC preferred option in order to porpose a final preffered option for implementation.
