This Request for Tender (RFT) is an invitation to Panel Two members of the Physical Works Panels, to submit a tender for the Albany Highway / Rothwell Avenue Intersection Signalisation. This is a single-stage procurement process and will be evaluated using the lowest price conforming method (LPC). The works will comprise of the signalisation of the Albany Highway / Rothwell Avenue intersection in Rosedale and further improvement works within the vicinity of the intersection which include the following: - Signalisation and formalisation of the exit-only vehicle crossing No. 226 Albany Highway to carriageway. - Shared path on the eastern side of Rothwell Avenue on approach to the intersection. - Removal of the existing T2 lane southbound between Rothwell Avenue and Bush Road. - Other minor improvement works to ensure safety and accessibility for all road users with the new intersection layout. The expected start date for this project is end November 2018.
