Auckland Transport (AT) are in the process of implementing Eastern Busway Stage 1 (EB1) as part of the Auckland Manukau Eastern Transport Initiative (AMETI) to improve transport choices and connections in the south-east Auckland area. The project work comprises of signalising Panmure Roundabout and creating a dedicated urban busway and shared path for pedestrians and cyclists along Lagoon Drive, across Panmure basin through a new bridge and along Pakuranga road past Ti Rakau Drive intersection. As part of the EB1 construction phase, 80 commercial and residential properties have been acquired and will need to be demolished. This contract aims to procure a suitable tenderer to undertake Stage 1 of 3 stages of demolition work and removal of demolished material to approved sites. To register for site visit please liaise with our point of contact and register your intention by Friday 8th December 2017. Preconditions : - ISNetworld Registration - Able to meet the AT specified demolition program. - National Demolition Asbestos Association member - Worksafe asbestos removal license holder - Prior Demolition, asbestos and meth identification and removal experience.
