Background: Auckland Transport (AT) is leading a council-wide project to create a single signage system that will make it simpler to get around Auckland. This is known as the Regional Signage Project. The design stage of the project focused on strategy and guideline development to ensure an appropriate and effective system can be implemented to serve the needs of pedestrians, cyclists, motorists and public transport users. See: [REDACTED] Auckland Transport has decided to roll out the new signage to all bus stops in Auckland concurrently with the region-by-region launch of the New Network. Note: South Auckland is excluded from this project as it was completed during 2016. The Regional Go-Live dates are: 1. West - 11 June 2017 2. Central - Late 2017 TBC 3. East - Early 2018 TBC 4. North - Mid 2018 TBC
