Our workforce is diverse reflecting a wide range of ethnicities and cultures. Our diversity reflects the people of Tamaki Makarau. We are seeking an external provider for our speak up service. Our people will use this service to speak up about a broad range of issues - from sharing a concern, asking a question, or seeking advice about something that isn't in keeping with Our Charter, including concerns about their own or a colleagues' wellbeing - through to making a Protected Disclosure.
