The scope of this procurement includes: - Deconstruction and removal of the existing toilet facility - Isolation and protection of key existing services - Supply and construction of the newly designed and consented toilet block facility - Reconnection and commissioning of services to the new toilet block - Landscaping - comprising of earth backfilling and establishment of linking paths The scope of this procurement does not include: - Works unrelated to the disestablishment of the current toilet block and the construction and commissioning of the new toilet block The minimum specifications are set out in the tender documents attached to this Tender notice.
