Massey Domain Toilet Block - Auckland Scope of Works - Construct 1 new two pan accessible toilet (both accessible) with internal changing bench in each. - New facility to sit alongside existing car park. - Consider access from car park - possible path connection and or kerb alteration for disabled access in accordance with NZS 4121 13.4.3 Fig 46. - Possible geo-tech report required to assess ground stability. - Obtain building consent. - Toilet to serve park users and general public. - Unique aspect for external facade (possible artist engagement or cladding).
