Making good and construction of one new spa pool as per the approved design - Demolition of the existing change room facilities and building new as per the approved design - Miscellaneous works including the construction of a new boiler house This procurement must be started and completed to a strict timetable during seasonal closure Site work start date: Monday 20 April 2015 at 8am Completion of works: Sunday 14 June 2015 at midnight
