Open Spaces, Parks & Reserves Maintenance Services RFP

Tararua District Council (TDC) is seeking suitably qualified and experienced grounds maintenance contractors to submit proposals for the provision of open spaces, parks and reserves maintenance services.
The contract(s) will cover routine and reactive maintenance to ensure all public, rural, and urban green spaces remain safe, clean, and are well-maintained for community use.

The contract(s) will cover routine and reactive maintenance to ensure all public, rural, and urban green spaces remain safe, clean, and are well-maintained for community use.

The towns in scope are Norsewood & Ormondville, Dannevirke, Woodville, Pahiatua and Eketahuna. The contract(s) offer a great opportunity for experienced maintenance and grounds contractors to expand their portfolios and work on high-visibility community assets. The successful respondent(s) will be responsible for delivering -

> Herbicibe and Pesticide Spraying.
> Mowing and Ground Maintenance.
> Pensioner Housing.
> Refuse Collection.
> Playground Equipment and Furniture Maintenance.
> Gardens, Rose Gardens and Amenity Bed Displays.
> Sports Turfs and Sports Grounds.
> Cenotaphs and Memorials.

PLEASE NOTE - not in scope is the cemetary maintenance services component to these towns, which will be let as seperate contracts.
