The project involves the construction of a stopbank embankment designed to provide effective flood protection. This includes all necessary excavation, compaction to ensure long-term stability and performance. A timber piled and lagged flood wall system will be installed, incorporating associated steel reinforcing and concrete works.

In addition to flood protection infrastructure, the project includes the construction of pedestrian footpaths adjacent to the stopbank and flood wall. This involves subgrade preparation, basecourse installation, and final surfacing. Landscaping works will also be undertaken to integrate the new infrastructure into the surrounding environment, featuring soft landscaping elements such as planting and grassing.

The Non-Price Attributes should be included in a single PDF file not exceeding 25 pages (excluding cover pages, contents, and any appendices).
