Location and Extent of Works
This Contract is for the Renewal/Restoration of Pavement on Heathcote Road from RP0.0km – RP1.11km.

Description of works required
· The scope of works includes scarifying existing seal, importing sub-base and base coarse aggregates for pavement overlay (refer to the details in the construction drawings provided).
· Two coat chip seal surfacing
· Asphalt concrete driveway construction
· Culvert installation
· Concrete driveway reinstatement
· Pavement line marking
· Fence reinstatement

· Monday 25th August 2025 at 5pm
· Council to respond to Supplier Questions (Deadline) by Thursday 28th August 2025 at 5pm

Tenders close:
Wednesday 10th September 2025 at 3pm and must be submitted electronically via GETS. Please note GETS will cut off your upload at 3pm so ensure you allow enough prior to that to upload your documents.

How and where should it be submitted?
· Submit your RFT response via GETS.
· NOTE: We will not accept RFT responses sent by post or delivered to our office.

Process for RFT Submission:
· Use the Response Forms provided to submit your RFT response.
· Complete and sign B.4.1 Tender form at the beginning of File1 Tender response forms.
· Check you have provided all the necessary information in the correct format and order.
· Submit your response before the Deadline for the close of the tender.
· Price and non-price files should be uploaded as separate files and clearly marked as File 2 Price and File 1 Non-price.
