The purpose of this notice is to provide advance notification to the market of New Zealand Police’s intention to release a RFP for the He Aranga Ake case management system.

Following our RFI in September, Police will seek proposals for a case management system that can track progress of a small number of participants on the He Aranga Ake Framework. Six government agencies must be able to log into this system. It needs to be simple to use and show information ‘at a glance’ from a central home page for each participant. The solution must comply with requirements for a (New Zealand government security classification of) RESTRICTED system.

The scope of this opportunity will be fully documented in the RFP, however we seek:
A secure online platform with 24/7 support available, data residency within New Zealand, appropriate data protections, and monitoring, testing and recovery processes in line with government’s RESTRICTED and SENSITIVE information requirements.

The RFP is intended to be released via the Government Electronic Tenders Service (“GETS”) this month.
