Gladstone Road Stormwater Renewals 2026

The Gisborne District Council (GDC) is seeking experienced and skilled contractors to undertake the renewal of 84 metres of 300mm Steel pipeline on Gladstone Road. The Gisborne District Council (GDC) is seeking experienced and skilled contractors to undertake the renewal of 84 metres of 300mm Steel pipeline on Gladstone Road. Recent inspection has shown this pipeline to be rusted and at risk of collapse. We intend renewing this section with 375 RC Class 4 pipe. There is a constraint on the available funding for this project. Therefore, we don’t want a contractor who cannot assure the completion of the physical works by 30 May 2026.

All contractors and subcontractors who conduct work for, or on behalf of GDC, shall be prequalified via SHE Software Ltd.
