The CARE service is intended to be a community-led initiative designed to provide a non-authoritative, people-centred support system in Wellington’s nightlife and urban spaces. This initiative aims to enhance on-street safety, inclusion and social wellbeing through a positive, non-judgemental and compassionate approach.
