This Advance Notice is for an upcoming open market procurement to select the Construction category contractor for the Carrington Road Improvements Project in Auckland.

The project aims to upgrade Carrington Road to support new housing developments, improve safety, and enhance public transport, walking, and cycling infrastructure. Key features include new transit lanes, protected cycleways, upgraded intersections, improved stormwater management, and sustainable landscaping.

The procurement will follow a single-stage Request for Proposal (RFP) process using the Price Quality Method.
The contract is expected to start in April 2026.
