NZ Transport Agency-Waka Kotahi (NZTA) is providing early notice of an upcoming open Request for Proposal (RFP) for the procurement of a unified Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Reporting, Compliance and Approvals platform. The formal tender is expected to be released on GETS in early 2026.

This procurement aims to implement a single, scalable and configurable HSE platform that meets current and future legislative and functional requirements. The solution is expected to integrate Health, Safety, Wellbeing (HSW) and Environment Reporting, Compliance and Approvals into one system, supporting:
• Real-time reporting
• Automated workflows
• Enhancement of operational transparency
• Continuous improvement in Health, Safety and Environmental reporting, performance and approvals.

The platform will be a key enabler of NZTA’s digital transformation programme.
